SERVICES
Bespoke cocktail concepts, signature drinks, and end-to-end execution for modern events.
We develop modern bar concepts for events of every scale, from intimate gatherings to large productions.
Based in Berlin, we work across brand, corporate, cultural, and private events, combining creative direction with operational precision. Our work starts with a strong concept and carries through to cocktail development, on-brand design, execution, and food.
For clients searching more directly: we provide cocktail catering, bar catering, and bespoke drinks concepts for events in Berlin.
Built for real events
What defines our work is the balance between creativity and control.
We come from two sides of the industry: mixology and bar operations on one side, and entertainment and creative production on the other. That allows us to develop drinks concepts that feel distinctive and current, while making sure they also work in the reality of an event environment.
Some briefs call for a refined drinks menu and a clean bar setup. Others require full concept development, visual alignment, staffing, logistics, and service at scale. We do both.
From 50 to 5,000 guests, our focus stays the same: strong ideas, reliable delivery, and a bar concept that feels right in the room.
Every project starts with a clear concept.
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
We develop bar and drinks concepts around the event, the audience, the format, and the wider creative direction. Sometimes that means building something subtle and highly considered. Sometimes it means developing a more visible drinks identity within a larger event or brand world.
This stage can include overall drinks direction, format planning, guest experience, menu structure, visual references, service style, and the role the bar should play within the event.
Our goal is always the same: to create a concept that feels contemporary, relevant, and executable.
This is where ideas become drinks
COCKTAIL DEVELOPMENT
This is where ideas become drinks.
We create original cocktails and non-alcoholic serves tailored to the brief, with equal attention to flavour, balance, texture, visual presence, and service logic. Our menus are designed to feel current without becoming trend-driven for the sake of it.
Our development process can include ingredient sourcing, batching strategy, garnish design, house-made elements, flavour profiling, and menu composition. We use technique where it adds value, not where it distracts.
Just as importantly, every drink has to hold up in real service. It needs to taste right, move efficiently, and stay consistent whether we are serving 50 guests or 5,000.
When the brief calls for it,
we translate brand identity into the bar experience.
ON-BRAND DESIGN
That can take different forms: naming, colour direction, garnish language, menu design, glassware choices, styling, and the overall visual tone of the drinks program. Our aim is not branding for its own sake, but a sense of coherence between the drinks and the wider event.
Sometimes the reference is direct. Sometimes it is subtle. In both cases, our starting point remains the same: the drinks need to be well made, the concept needs to feel considered, and the result should sit naturally within the event rather than compete with it.
We always aim to create something that feels precise, contemporary, and specific to the brief.
Strong concepts only matter if they are executed properly
END-TO-END EXECUTION
We handle the full delivery of the bar side of an event, from planning and prep to staffing, logistics, setup, service, and breakdown. This is where operational experience matters most, especially when guest counts rise, timings tighten, or multiple moving parts need to work together.
Execution means translating the concept into a functioning service model: how the bar is built, how drinks are prepped, how the flow of service works, and how quality is maintained under pressure.
This is what allows us to scale with confidence. Whether the format is small and tailored or high-volume and fast-moving, the bar needs to feel calm, sharp, and fully under control.
Built for scale,
without losing detail
For us, scalability is not something added later. It is built into the concept from the beginning.
One of our strengths is the ability to work across very different event sizes without losing quality or character.
Smaller events allow for a more tailored and intimate drinks program. Larger events demand a system that can deliver quickly and consistently under pressure. Our experience across both bar operations and creative production allows us to move between those formats with confidence.
Food as Part of the Wider Concept
FOOD
For events that need more than drinks, we approach food with the same ambition and flexibility as the bar.
We work with some of the most creative chefs and food studios to deliver everything from classic dinners to installations, flying pairings, and more custom formats. Depending on the brief, food can play a subtle supporting role or become a more visible part of the overall concept.
What matters to us is that it feels coherent. We think about food and drinks together: in flavour, pacing, presentation, and service flow.
That way, the entire experience feels considered from start to finish.
Cocktail Services for Every Occasion
From Brand Activations to Private Events
We develop bar concepts for a wide range of event formats, from large-scale brand activations and cultural productions to private gatherings and dinners.
Each brief asks for a different balance of concept, service, and presence. Some events need a refined and understated bar program. Others call for a more visible drinks concept with stronger design, branding, or production elements. We shape the setup, drinks, and service style around the space, the audience, and the pace of the event.
Our modular way of working allows us to scale comfortably from smaller one-night formats to complex multi-day productions, without losing clarity or control. Whatever the size, the goal stays the same: a bar concept that feels considered, contemporary, and fully in place.
We have worked with clients such as Siemens, New Balance, and Soho House, alongside creative agencies, studios, and private hosts.
