Real sustainability in bar catering means rethinking everything from sourcing to waste management. We source local and organic ingredients from Berlin suppliers, prioritise seasonal produce, and use reusable glassware instead of single-use plastics.

But it goes deeper than that. Our sustainable cocktail catering approach means zero-waste prep: citrus peels become oleo saccharum or dehydrated garnishes, herb stems turn into tinctures, and fruit pulp goes into house-made syrups.

Nothing hits the bin if it can be used. We've spent years building relationships with suppliers who meet our standards, so we're not flying in ingredients when better options exist locally.
